This is a fun little start up cook book for people like me and my friend who cannot eat gluten due to celiac disease. The dessert section was not for me as I didnt like chocolate or nuts in any fashion but you can always change the recipe to your own convenience.

Good starter Too many flours for a new gf Baker, but lots of advice and still plenty to learn from. Slower time and temp on bread recipie is something I will have to try.

Learning to bake on my own was my dream. Now I combine the ingredients and create my own recipes. And this book has become for me another tutorial on baking gluten-free bread, because there are not only recipes, but also useful recommendations, for example, you should remember that when working with yeast, all the ingredients should be at room temperature, and dough without gluten can seem too wet to you, but it is ok.
