Despite the material being somewhat dry (Law), this book was accessible and readable without boring you providing relevant case studies. May reference this again down the road.

I actually liked this book, enjoying my weekly assignments and reading requirements. Most of the topics covered were interesting, as were the real life cases that were covered. I was almost tempted to keep this textbook, just to read a few more chapters that the class itself didn't cover, but the trade-in value was to good to resist. Several people over the years have told me that I ought to become a lawyer. Now I know why. I found this book fascinating. I don't know if it is well written or not, and it is certainly not "exciting" in any way. I even found a number of typos that the proofreaders missed. But I enjoyed the subject and the minutiae of the material a good deal. How wrong is that? Several people over the years have told me that I ought to become a lawyer. Now I know why.
