    Good but Flawed While I genuinely appreciated the recipes in this book, there are significant problems. In fact, it's as if the book is only half done. There is no alphabetization to help one find a recipe, and the list of recipes does give categories, but no page numbers. There is no explanation, introduction, nor anecdote to help the keto cook . While I like the idea of couldn't easily use this book.

    Carb counts are NOT accurate! Some of these recipes include fruits like plums, blackberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, etc. I found quite a few with a carb count that was far to low. Like 0.3 carbs. Almost all the recipes do not fit into KETO macros, which require a great amount of fat, 30percent or less in protein and less than 20 carbs a day. Also, the recipes are not standard pairings of ingredients. I was not impressed.
