    There's some recipes I'd like to try, but nothing that stands out. Also, each recipes has a Dosha listed after it, which I'm assuming is the one the recipe balances? The doshas aren't mentioned at all, so that's not clear. In fact, there's ZERO explanation of Ayurveda at all or how these recipes and ingredients fit into the practice.
