    Yummy recipes, mostly from scratch. Not a lot of nutritional information, calorie count, sodium count etc. though.

    I've liked every recipe I've tried! The book is laid out simply so the recipes are easy to follow. I like knowing where the recipe I'm making originated, whether it's France, Italy, North Africa or Greece. This cookbook does a good job of giving you just a little bit of background; a good summary of Mediterranean cuisine.
