    104 pages. The first 10 pages are a Good intro to the Keto Diet. Keto is not so much a diet But a way of life. A way of healthy eating that will Help you in weight control and Human medical conditions. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, drinks And broth are all covered. Pretty much all food categories. Probably best geared to the savvy keto newbie And the more advanced people on Their keto journey.💜 This book was free as part of a FB keto promotion. I believe it is available on Amazon for a nominal fee.

    My favorite recipes in this book are the quick bread, I cook in a coffee mug in the toaster oven, and the tumeric/cauliflower patties. This is a good book for newbies to Keto or ones who have been on it a while and want some changes.
