I thought this had a wonderful mixture of humor, surprise, and romance. Loved the dynamic of the Forrester family and really enjoyed Summer's family as they were introduced. Great read.

Perfect!! Ok, so I have read all of these books and the growth that this author has shown is amazing! Her stories are great. Her plots are creative and engaging. The first two books had me worried. Like I said before the authors ideas are amazing but with the first two books they lacked refining. They need some SERIOUS editing. But, this book and her previous book have been great! Really hit the mark and the editing is so much better. There was drama, there was humor that didn’t feel forced (the Perfect!! OMG BEAUTIFUL! I have loved the Forrester brothers since Kale. Bird was my favorite and his story was the best. I laughed and cried. The way you portray them men and how much they love kids. I love it. I'm excited to read more of the The Kings & Knights. Keep writing because you blew it out of the park with this one. Simply amazing. I have never really been able to do a review before but I was finally able to. Thank you Cee Bowerman for such a beautiful story. OMG BEAUTIFUL! I have loved the Forrester brothers since Kale. Okay, let me say I read out of order, but I had to read Bird and Summer's book. I love the whole Forrester family. Summer and Bird met in a bar. Usually, not the start of a lasting relationship. Only this time it was. Something makes her walk out with Bird and that's the start of a very fun time!. Add in Summer's three boys ( her flock of birds), a surprise that Bird wasn't expecting, and then his family, the club, and Summer's momma and you can't help but be enthralled. Couldn't read another second of this extremely repetitive, basic and awful insta everything book. The writing was very basic, the author constantly, as in three and four times per short page, says "I saw this and I saw that and I saw the other, and "I watched as... I watched as.. I watched as...". Unfortunately this entire thing is nothing but redundant, superfluous, repeated detail. For example, the heroine thinks about the three guys she can see, one has brown hair, the next slightly more brown hair, the third guy almost black hair and has lickable arms. Her friend tells her that the one on the end is Bird, the one on the other end is Daughry, who is a furry teddy bear and the middle one is Clem. Then the friend introduces them aloud, telling the heroine this is Clem, this is Daughtry, and this is Bird. THEN we have to read the heroine thinking, the brown haired one is Daughtry, the furry teddy bear, the middle one is Clem and the last one is Bird, with the the lickable arms. Seriously boring and irritating in the extreme to have to re-read the exact same detail four times in less than a minute! I was actually made angry by the waste of time. And it kept happeng, the next scene is her going out to his bike, reading her getting on his bike, then he thinks, "she came outside with me to my bike, I had her on my bike". Yeah we just read her thoughts saying the exact same thing Tedious and mind numbing! Really awful. Then the insta everything made me close the book. Example, He thinks, "I was so hard that I was surprised I hadn't passed out from lack of blood flow to my brain" from her shaking his hand during their first second meeting each other and, "I nearly came in my jeans embaressing myself like a virgin as soon as she spoke the first time",. Again within the first minute he meets/sees her. Ridiculous and cringing.

Summer and Bird meet, they realize what they have from the beginning and it’s full steam ahead. There was a it too much intimacy in the early half of this book. When it happens so fast I usually love it because I dislike slow burns. But it happened in this book fast, YAY, but then it kept on and kept on over a few days with just little tidbits in between. At that point I was ready for the story to roll on. The heroine, Summer, is another tall heroine. Single mother of three. Her deceased husband was more like a safe friend. Not a true love. So it didn’t create any issues of the whole dead spouse drama or angst. The kids aren’t in the book until later on and they’re pretty funny. The H, Bird, gets a surprise while Summer is present and he handles it well. But at this point there are just TOO many fate and destiny referred to coincidences for it to be believable. I loved the fate part of her boys. But then it was just like okay, now this new character tying in...what are the odds? And Summer and Bird similar to Birds parents Martha and Smokey’s story....geez again what are the odds. While I really enjoyed it, I was also like okay now this is just getting to be a bit much. Some might like it piled on thick though. This story didn’t have nearly the amount of violence or action of book 1. It was a much sweeter and fun story with a little bit of action. I’m really looking forward to what this series holds in the future. I’m not sure I’m interested in the next book because I think it involves Grunt. But I’ll still grab it and at the least skim it. Then get excited about the other brothers stories to come and snatch them up.

This was the second read for me in this series by a new to me author. While I liked both characters and the storyline and I love a steamy read I would have liked a little more of a story. The antagonist was interesting, H/h were good together I felt character development a tad weak. While I like insta love some of this wasn’t plausible.

Sweet Chaos This book was back to the usual sweet warm and fuzzy feelings that the rest of the series engenders. I really enjoyed how this one unfolded. Summer is a widowed mother of three boys under the age of 5. Her husband died on the day she found out she was pregnant with her third child. She works with Drea and as her are kids away for the weekend with their grandmother, she decides to finally take Drea up on her offer to hit the town after work. As soon as Bird and Summer meet there are sparks and they walk out the door together within minutes of meeting. It’s complete insta-lust, only the crazy lust filled weekend they intended to have, with no strings attached, starts to feel like it could be something more, especially when someone turns up with a baby saying she belongs to Bird. I have always like Bird, but Summer is awesome. She’s pretty happy and laid back, until someone attacks her loved ones and then she’s a mama bear. She goes with the flow, especially with her kids, who are also awesome. I love how open she is to everything and matter of fact with it, even if she has a few mental wobbles along the way, they don’t last very long. It’s a really feel good book that I enjoyed a lot.

If You Like Sex In Your Books, This Is The One To Read! Bird meets a friend of Drea’s and right away feels a connection. This book is all about destiny. The only thing that bugs me is that I don’t always know who’s talking. This author has a different style than I’m used to. She doesn’t always use the words “he said” or “so and so said”. She just makes each paragraph the next person speaking, and includes there name. You have to get used to it. These stories are about MC families. There is some violence in this story. There is more in others. This one was more about romance and some kidnapping.

I saw this story mentioned in a FB group & it sounded really good! And it was! (The particular thing that pulled me in was that Bird builds a slide in his house - that whole bit of storyline & how it comes about is SUPER NEAT!!) I loved the world created - the atmosphere, the characters, the close-knit family (both blood and not). Summer & Bird have instant sparks, and their one-night (or one-weekend) stand pretty quickly turns into forever, which I loved. They are creative, and altho I skipped through them, Summer & Bird seems to have a lot of fun during these times! The non-steamy plots were also done well. Kids are written well, there's a lot of humor & joy in these pages. And a lot of love love love!! : )

I couldn’t finish I think this is one of those books that either people love or they don’t. Then again it may just be me who doesn’t. I personally just couldn’t get into it. Loved the story and the characters. While it was a great read, a decent editor and professional covers would make these books far reaching. I am still surprised at the covers. I read A LOT and with this many books and reviews in, I would expect the author to invest in a cover which would appeal to a wider audience. I still highly recommend anyone give this series a read overall as the story and characters are worth it despite the rough appearance.

Great! I chose this rating because this was actually a really, really great book. I really enjoyed most all of the characters. This was a book of exceptance, compassion, kindness, and coming together as one big happy family. I really enjoyed Bird and Summer story. I loved reading how the author put everything together. This was such an amazing story to see how both of families came together. Great read! I recommend this book to all romance readers and MC lovers.

Sweet and little sappy not your typical MC book I didn't expect Bird's book to be sappy and sweet but it is that for sure.
