DNF I was told about this book by a fellow true life crime aficionado. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so badly written - for example “didn’t do nothing” - and that was in the first couple of pages! Lazy incompetent writing and research, cribbed from many other reports and therefore one of the very few books I’ve listed as DNF. There are many - and much better - true crime books than this. Do not waste your time.

Interesting But massively affected by the poor writing and grammar errors. As a fan of true crime I knew this would give the summaries of the crimes and the children. Which is fine. I wasn't expecting the next I'll Be Gone in the Dark. Unfortunately, the writing lacked clarity and often struggled syntactically which let it down. This could be such a good book... if only it had been edited at all. It reads like it was written by someone for whom English is not their first language and then put through Google Translate with no input from anyone else at any point.

A very interesting book, and could have been much better if weren't for the huge amount of grammar and syntax errors. There were so many it distracted from the book. Gruesome knowledge Good short book, insightful to make me want to read more. With out been to gruesome that it was unreadable because of the nature of its context

Good quick read. I choose this book as it had good reviews and was free. The book was short and quick to read, I would definitely that reading it if you have a spare hour.

Gripping Once started, I couldn't put it down.I read it in a day. The thing's the children did is just unimaginable for their ages. Gripping Once started, I couldn't put it down.I read it in a day. The thing's the children did is just unimaginable for their ages.

Ok It was ok to read but just not long enough and I’m sure there are few more child killer through out history that could of been add to this book

Scary Scary to read. I knew of a few of them which I don’t know if that is worse. It makes you see how difficult it is to treat or prosecute children. They were short but also very informative, interesting and up to date information.

Interesting Very short read. Found it interesting but the frequent typos were distracting. Didn't cost me anything so not too bad Interesting Very short read. Found it interesting but the frequent typos were distracting. Didn't cost me anything so not too bad

Interesting A factual read for anyone who is interested in children killers, personally some of the content was raw, just be aware of the content.

Easy to read Any easy read, not very detailed but interesting. Didn’t take long to finish so was ideal to read when I was on a short journey.

This was genuinely one of the worst things i’ve ever read. completely unedited, basically just copied and pasted from wikipedia but it’s about forty pages and was free so if you need to get your page count up go for it.

So many spelling/grammar errors. Doesn't feel like anyone actually read it before publishing. So many spelling/grammar errors. Doesn't feel like anyone actually read it before publishing.
