I'll definitely say that I enjoyed this one more than the previous issue. I feel the writing is better, it wasn't giving off as much of a "What's the meaning of Christmas" vibe from Flash. If I was Aquaman, I'd be pissed. They've searched the world over for Frost King, can't find him, and no one's heard from Aquaman, but no one goes to check in him—even though they take great care to check in with each other. Of course they want you to buy the tie-in, but it's lazy writing. This event has some entertainment value, but it is nothing like it was marketed. The Frost King looks like Lobo on ice steroids, but his story is a rip off of (view spoiler)[ Victor Fries (hide spoiler)] . And If I was Aquaman, I'd be pissed.
