Pam uncovers the seven major problems and also seven very simple ways to convert them into happy ones. But the best part is how she relates them with Anay's professional life. The way the author has penned them is very accurate and has perfect coherence. I love the brief reference guide at the end of each chapter. They can be used at any point of time to identify one's problem and also to find ways to overcome them. The DIBE framework at the end is amazing! I hope every person stuck in their monotonous life would read this.

🕉️🌿☘️🌱 I liked the story of the book - "Quit Your Monday. it enlists a gradual step to achieve success i.e. through 7 days. I liked the way it is presented here in this book. 🕉️🌿☘️🌱 To be successful, no need to copy others but to approach in a different way, what I liked from the book. Pam is not interested in making fabulous wealth like Anay but trying her best technique to Anay who has all opulence but devoid of all pleasures like happiness. 🕉️🌿☘️🌱 Also if we are not happy in spite of having possessions, then it is of no use. 🕉️🌿☘️🌱 Pam is adding colourful, joyful, happy moments in Anay's life even though pam is not possessing wealth, status like him. This part, I liked most. 🕉️🌿☘️🌱 Really a motivational book. I believe readers will surely like it. and change their perspective of being happy what they have and how to extract happiness within their reach.

The stories and conversations are creatively written. The whole book being the collection of all the days of a Week. Each Day with a soul of its own, with its meaning and essence. Even the Index of the Book inspires to read. All the stories are constructively profound, yet "Monday: The Blues Trap" manage to touch your soul, for the beautiful beginning it gave to the week. In fact, I loved a few that I am quoting some lines from the book, “So, you mean our Monday blues are metaphorical?” “Not a metaphor. They feel pretty real, I know. In fact, research suggests that the probability of an individual getting a heart attack is the highest on a Monday. So of course, Monday blues have some serious real-world implications. But I also think that the implications are a fallout of an issue that we are otherwise conditioned to neither process nor express. It is a way of saying that we are trapped in a routine, a life, a job we feel caged in, and we hate Monday for reminding us of our life sentence." This Book is written on topics, you will relate with. I would recommend it to people who like to break patterns, this Book is for you. Reading this Book in a week, Day by Day, will add to the experience of the book.

In the story, Anay came across Pam on a rainy Friday morning in Mumbai post-pandemic. He learns from her the secrets of taking pleasure in weekdays despite the hectic schedule. The book can be read as self-help for readers. I enjoyed the book thoroughly. The cover image shows a girl named Pam in a red raincoat riding a bicycle. She, seems to be riding happily in rain, represents our life, which should be a joy ride. The cover image is enough to make its readers pleased. The author introduces new quick reference guides to get us out of our daily boring life. I recommend everyone to read the book once.

What is the reason behind us hating one of the days in the week. We love Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, but why do we hate Monday? The book then says us that maybe its not the day itself, maybe its the pattern that forces us to live the same way, every day.
