It forced me to start with self FIRST before I could expand my consciousness to other levels. I discovered that when I re-structured my psychology I changed my political, social, and economic circumstances. It was this that was the foundation to my knowing that we have PERSONAL POWER that must be tapped into before we can do any work on behalf of the collective. I recommend this read for anyone who is looking for tools to help them on their life journey. It was the first book that truly opened my eyes to my own ways of thinking and behaving with profound understanding. It also helped me develop tools to change aspects that were negative in my life.
