I suggest using this book in conjunction with another travel guide so you can see where you want to splurge and where you can afford to cut costs. I mainly used this as a reference when looking at musts for sightseeing in DC. Still, I thought it was helpful and would use this guide for other cities if they existed.

This book helped us keep the costs down on our recent trip to Washington D.C. We ate at many of the restaurants suggested and they were just what we were looking for.
