    One of my favourite books about Iranian cinema, it describe decade by decade the evolution of cinema in Iran and how it is related to politics an how the policy makers has approach to it and use it as a weapon forte ir osan convenience. A magnific piece.

    Alors c'était déjà plus pertinent que ma précédente lecture sur le cinéma iranien, même si l'auteur suivait le même modèle : présentation du contexte suivi d'une présentation des productions cinématographiques alimenté de quelques analyses. On a un panorama complet et chronologique avec les lignes majeurs et quelques détails sur certains films. On aurait cependant aimé des analyses plus détaillés sur des thèmes intriguant : on est content de savoir que tel film construit une identité, mais ce n' Alors c'était déjà plus pertinent que ma précédente lecture sur le cinéma iranien, même si l'auteur suivait le même modèle : présentation du contexte suivi d'une présentation des productions cinématographiques alimenté de quelques analyses. On a un panorama complet et chronologique avec les lignes majeurs et quelques détails sur certains films. On aurait cependant aimé des analyses plus détaillés sur des thèmes intriguant : on est content de savoir que tel film construit une identité, mais ce n'est pas suffisant de nous l'expliquer en un paragraphe de 15 l. Il s'agit plus d'une introduction au cinéma iranien. On veut la suite !
