Well i barely started to read my book so far i think it is very intresting.i like these kind of books because they speak the truth about reality. From what i have read so far its talking about how girls stress about there apperances and try so hard to be someone there not.its a really good book for anyone to read even boys , because boys can feel this way too.i will update my book as i get farther in the book.

This book really helped with my insomnia and the issue about boys and weight..however it was a bit confusing. But it really helped to have other teens' stories told..just like us!

Just getting me to read a nonfiction book all on my own garners this book a high rating. I especially liked that the book was centered around real teen stories. It really makes me feel heard. The book talks about important subjects like body image, panic attacks, depression, sex, drugs, parents divorcing, sexuality, etc. in an easy to read way. And at the end their are recommendations for even more resources on each subject. Would recommend for all teen girls.
