I technically had the 7th edition, but I do not see that as an option. Solid textbook, though. I appreciated this one.

Relatively readable, given the complexity of the material.

Cleaning out a closet this weekend and came across this beast. This was a very readable book on a complex subject, got me through Admin law in one piece!

Wow, this topic is quite a lot. This book is not just about the cases, but it presents much of the history and policy behind where we are today in administrative law.

Coming in at a svelte 983 pages and with a typography that doesn't melt one's eyeballs, this volume provides a lovely understanding of where the law was 20 years ago. I don't know how this compares to other Admin Law Casebooks, but I reckon this one may be a step above the competition. The secondary source material and the well ordered structure of the selections generally, were particularly helpful in making sense of an otherwise enigmatic case law.
