I read Dr. McGee's book after having read two books by my cardiologist. I found McGee to agree 100% with the philosophy of this great doctor. The late Howard Wayne was my cardiologist for more than two years. After an unscrupulous Hoosier cardiologist tried to coerce and intimidate me into a quintuple bypass I didn't need, I traveled to San Diego and received a second opinion from Howard. If this book teaches you nothing more than to get a second opinion from a reputable noninvasive cardiologist I read Dr. McGee's book after having read two books by my cardiologist.
